Yep, it’s 2011 and if you’re looking for some simple ideas on how to lose a few extra holiday pounds, then you’ve come to the right place. And to top it off, we’re also going to include some of our favorite recipes using these foods. Why? Because when you’re on a diet, you should be able to enjoy your food. First let’s talk a little bit about the energy in foods. As you probably know, not all foods are created equal in terms of their energy content. For example, foods that are high in calories can be very helpful for athletes. However, high calorie foods can work against you if you’re trying to lose weight.
