10 Ways to Reduce Stress

Stress is a part of life. But wouldn’t it be nice if you had a list of helpful stress reducing techniques right at your fingertips? We sure thought so! Which is why we came up with this simple list. We hope it helps you as much as it’s helped us. Here’s to less stress!

  1. Get More Sleep – The days are growing shorter once again, and soon daylight savings time will end. Now is the perfect time to reduce stress by getting to bed a little earlier. It is easier for your body to repair itself during sleep. And the best part is that sleep doesn’t cost you anything. If possible, get to bed by 10 pm, and try not to change your bedtime on the weekends.
  2. Take B Vitamins – B vitamins are helpful in balancing many bodily functions.
